Competition teams

 

Competition teams are divided into mini, junior and senior teams. Dancers will study and perform in multiple genres. We also audition for Mini and Senior Hip Hop crews. The dancers in our competition teams work together and perform in local, regional and international competitions. The Selwyn School of Dance strongly encourages community spirit, confidence-building and performance opportunity through competition work.

The Selwyn School of Dance offers (up to) a 4 day per week Part-time dance program for committed and serious dancers wishing to pursue a career in classical ballet and contemporary.  This program is offered by audition only please contact Emma Body (Artistic Director) for further details.
